It's already on my must-see list. I'm a huge fan of the graphic novel and have been following it since it was announced. From what I've seen, it's not straying very far from the source material. They've even gone so far as to recreate scenes and backdrops based on frames from the comic. Seriously, if you haven't read this, do it now.

Who watches the Watchmen?

I haven't read the graphic novel, but the trailer looks very intriguing. So, it'll be on my list of must-see.
