I guess I should of been been a little more specific in what I meant when saying it looked like Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Buffy was good for a TV show, but the trailer for Twilight looks a lot like a tv show, and it worries me on how well the film will play out. A lot of the action sequences in the trailer look really god awful, I will try and read the book but after I watch the film. I think watching the film before the book lets me try and have a more accurate opinion of if the film was good or not, if I read the book, I know the characters and the story and could understand it well enough to give it my recommendation when in reality it could be really confusing. Joss Whedon is the second coming to some. You could do a lot worse than to have a movie that mimics that program. However, from what I've heard from fans of the Twilight novels, this looks accurate. I think the teens are going to be pleased and I'm just happy with a new vampire film. I'm also 29 years old and download the MTV Movie awards every year (I live in Australia and do not have cable TV). It's a lot more fun than the other awards shows I enjoy.
