Welcome to IHM, Dan. I really enjoyed this movie, I am not sure if you felt this way, but the first 10 minutes or so I was a bit worried, none of the jokes seemed funny. My opinion changed completed I think when Anne Hathaways character was introduced. Overall I really enjoyed the movie and look forward to catching it on DVD. Look forward to your future reviews.

I agree. The movie's not spectacular but it is a fun experience. I agree that at first you think it's just gonna be completely hokey and a waste of time, but then it picks up and yes, Hathaway and the Rock are becoming in some way :D Fun movie.

I've yet to see the film, but have been wanting to. Definitely after reading your review and hearing thoughts from friends, I'm more interested. I was a little timid about it, but now I'm much more interested.

i saw the film and i loved it. i thought it did a great job of recreating some of the stuff from the original series which i was a huge fan of. i agree it wasn't over the top funny but i dont think it should be. it was just the right amount of funny.
